After the space station has been built we can sell parts of the space station and the copyrights and patents from the new technology in the station to third parties. We could sell them to companies or countries and both would benefit the economy. It would be feeding the tax money back into circulation and give the economy a boost.

There are also good scientific benefits from NOSELL. Having a space station on the moon means that we can study space more easily and the moon itself. Telescopes would be able to see much farther since they would be far from Earth's lower atmosphere which can block the view. The space station would also be used as a starting point for the mission to Mars.
